The Terms of Service outlined here governs your access to and use of the website including any content, functionality, services, and transactions offered by the parent company Blessed Fairyland Realtors who have a broker license from the Federal Republic of Nigeria through the Corporate Affairs Commission. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these terms of service. We also reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes. We will notify users of changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending you a notice. Your continued use of the site after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and your agreement to abide by them.

We do not own properties listed on the Website. We act as a broker, facilitating property transactions and communication between users. This means that the accuracy and legality of listings, as well as the completion of any transaction, are the sole responsibility of the users involved. The Company facilitate transactions between users and charges a non-refundable commission of the final sale, purchase, or rent price. This website also provides messaging systems to facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other users.

3. Accounts and Registration. To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you will be asked to provide some information about yourself, such as your email address, phone number, or other contact information which are expected to be accurate and current. We also hope that you update such information as necessary to ensure its accuracy. When you register, you will be asked to provide a password and you are responsible for safeguarding it and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, as we will not be responsible for any losses resulting from such unauthorized use.

4. Property Listing. All property listings on our platform are provided by third-party sellers, agents, or users. While we strive to ensure that the information on property listings is accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information contained in these listings. We however admonish that users should post properties that are genuine and available for sale, so if you are a seller or a landlord, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your property. Misleading, false, or fraudulent information may result in the suspension or termination of your account. It is as well your responsibility as a buyer or lessee to verify the authenticity of the property and the terms of the deal before making a transaction.

5. User Conduct. Users must use the website in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
Any form of unlawful, harmful, or unethical activity is strictly prohibited. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of this website and third parties. Users must not impersonate another person or entity. Users must avoid posting duplicate listings for the same property in multiple categories or areas. Users are prohibited from posting misleading or deceptive information, including incorrect pricing, false claims about property condition, or inaccurate descriptions. Any form of discriminatory, offensive, or hateful content based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics targeted at sellers, buyers, agents, our customer service, or any user of this platform is strictly forbidden.
